IT PROJECT MANAGER (PLCYPLN)

You will lead and manage complex Navy communications and information technology IT projects, within a working shipyard environment, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are achieved. You will manage planning, design, analysis, and compliance for information systems across multiple platforms and environments. You will coordinate and resolve high-level stakeholder requirements and issues through negotiation and influence. You will represent IPT (Integrated Product Team) and command in high-level meetings, advocating project needs and guiding resource allocation. You will develop, monitor, and control project schedules, risk management plans, and resource management strategies. You will oversee procurement, contracting, and acquisition management in alignment with IT and command best practices.
