About the role
Duties include, but are not limited to: Possess the ability to read and understand blue prints, drawings and control diagrams. Use basic knowledge and skills of the crafts to perform scheduled preventative maintenance inspections, systematic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of various sizes and types of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment and system components. Make rough sketches or prints of newly installed or modified equipment or systems to be delivered to the Air Conditioning Work leader for updating mechanical blueprints. Construct dust barriers and / or blocks off areas for the safety and protection of patients, staff, visitors and equipment. Ensure that job site is clean of all debris and equipment upon the completion of work.
