MARINE MACHINERY MECHANIC LEADER

You will lead the accomplishments of mechanical repairs and testing onboard ships and within the shop. You will demonstrate pace of work and answer employee questions on procedures, policies and instructions. You will assign work in accordance with priorities established by the supervisor. You will interpret instruction from supervisors and plan the product line workload based on employee availability and capability. You will estimate and request appropriate manning in accordance with workload requirements.
