About the role
Major Duties: Plan, develop, implement, coordinate, monitor and evaluate the clinical testing work stream components to include ongoing review of scope and schedules, requirements, and work products (e.g. testing activities, deliverables or other products from staff and contractors); and active, independent problem solving, including requirement refinement, corrective action, and plan modification. Participates in policy and planning deliberations and contributes significantly to the management decision-making process through teamwork, innovation, consultation, and coordination with other senior leaders to ensure goals are met with OEHRM. Uses judgment and discretion in determining intent, and in interpreting and revising existing policy and regulatory guidance for use by others within the OEHRM and VA.
