About the role
Major Duties: Analyze operational requirements, regulations, and policy changes to recommend improvements to management. Conduct in-depth studies of EHRM-IO systems data using statistical methods and techniques to drive operational improvements. Track project schedules, milestones, and task status across EHRM-IO pillars to identify variances and provide leadership with accurate progress updates. Coordinate compliance audits and inspections with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency. Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
