Manage and direct all facets of the Technical Library and Information program, establishing long-range goals, priorities, and policy formations. Supervise and coordinate the daily workflow of supporting contract personnel, academic interns, and summer-hire staff. Curate and catalog the specialized technical collection (covering engineering, environmental, earth, and hydrological sciences) using OCLC and USACE Digital Library frameworks. Formulate acquisition policies and identify operational deficiencies to implement modern, cost-effective information management technologies.
