About the role
Performs as the liaison and centralized point of contact for the Engineering and Construction Division to coordinate Requests for Personnel Action (RPAs) between the Branch Chiefs and the Civilian Human Resources Agency (CHRA). Provides advice, interpretation, and guidance of the implementation of personnel rules, regulations, and procedures. Participates in meetings with management and addresses administrative issues, resolves problems, and provides recommendations to management. Oversees Engineering and Construction Division’s training and development programs. Performs a variety of review, analysis, and reporting duties relative to project performance and budget activities. Assists with analysis of data quality reports and works with district team members in Engineering, Project Management, and Operations to correct any errors. Processes time and attendance (timecard) reports to payroll, and provides training and support to agency timekeepers.
