SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

You will serve as a supervisory program analyst under the Executive Director, Total Force Management, Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (COMPACFLT). You will lead the planning and development of the annual COMPACFLT Military and Civilian Manpower POM and submit to Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OPNAV) with a focus on Force Commanders and Direct Reporting Commanders. You will visit and consult with planning and programming personnel Navy wide, to solve unusual programmatic problems and bring subordinate commands into compliance with complex, and at times, conflicting policies and regulations. You will provide recommendations on changes to Total Force manpower, budget, and programming issues that develop within the fiscal year.
