Supervisory Manpower and Personnel Specialist

Manage, and refine administrative analysis and support programs and activities for the Command. The scope of these programs encompasses organization development, workforce analysis and planning, and military and civilian personnel management. Develops goals and objectives that integrate manpower and personnel objectives with the Commander, USCYBERCOM’s AOR strategy. Provides continuing oversight and direction to ensure cyber career fields are managed in accordance with Human Resource (HR) policies and directives. Establishes manpower, personnel, and qualification data element standards to support cyber workforce management and reporting requirements. Provides continuing leadership for such initiatives (e.g., development and implementation of standardized COREDOCs based on established cyber work roles and to support integration of Defense Cyber Workforce Framework [DCWF] standards).
