SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECH

You will oversee the team responsible for the procurement and installation of industrial plant equipment, ensuring all projects meet technical requirements, schedule, and budget allocations. You will plan and develop statements of work that minimize disruption of ongoing aircraft overhaul and maintenance activities. You will make decisions in relation to scope, schedule, budget and contract recommendations to prevent conflicts, scope creep, contract modifications and work stops. You will ensure that completed work meets contractual requirements, identifying any technical, safety and environmental issues for resolution. You will serve as conduit for information regarding project activities and the affected building occupants. You will be responsible for coordinating, coaching, facilitating, problem solving, integrating, and tasking of subordinates.
