Program Management Officer

Specific duties include Performs a variety of special tasks or projects in support of the Executive Director, Deputy Director, Assistant Directors, and Staff Chiefs as appropriate. Gathers and organizes narrative and statistical information using generally advanced methods, techniques, and precedents requiring considerable adaptation and/or interpretation for application to administrative functions. Applies analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues or studies concerning substantive administrative support functions. Participates in the monitoring, tracking, and evaluation of Insurance metrics, operational/workload indicators, and workload systems for Insurance Service. Develops recommendations for leadership and strives to have viable recommendations accepted by operating components.
