About the role
In this role as a Collections Supervisory Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for: Supervising the work of Trial Attorneys who conduct and implement all activities related to the collection of delinquent debts associated with cases brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission, with knowledge of and experience with federal collection litigation. Serving as an expert in the field of delinquent debt collection and receiverships associated with securities violation cases, and the monitoring, tracking, and reporting of those actions; and designing and maintaining guidelines for delinquent debt prioritization. Fostering the Office of Collection's working rapport with other Enforcement attorneys, and staff within Office of General Counsel, Office of Chief Counsel, Division of Economic and Risk Analysis, Office of Investor Education and Assistance, Office of Financial Management and Office of the Secretary to collaborate on collections matters as necessary.
