Supervisory Archives Technician

As a Supervisory Archives Technician, you will: Supervise a subordinate staff consisting of approximately 10 to 15 archives aids and archives technicians. Coordinate operations of the unit. Assign duties, answer questions, interpret or explain policies and regulations. Develop and write procedures regarding unit work assignments and policies. Prepare, issue, and monitor routine internal instructions and procedures. Conduct staff meetings to convey and discuss suggestions, changes and new policies or procedures, which effect section operations.
