About the role

In this position, you will serve as an expert analyst and advisor to management on a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for assessment of employee and family support, wellness, work-life, and veteran support programs, processes, and systems. This position starts at a salary of $106,437.00 (GS-13, Step 1) to $138,370.00 (GS-13, Step 10). Major duties include: Manages plans, develops program policy, and evaluates all the operations of an Employee and Family Support, Wellness, or Work-Life program, to include overall program direction for the agency. Develops implementing policy for the program, monitors the execution of the program for legal and regulatory compliance, effectiveness, and efficiency, and develops systems that evaluate, track, and measure program goals and objectives.
