Events Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE You'll own marketing events at Gamma around the world. An intimate founder dinner in San Francisco. A flagship live show for thousands. A high-profile activation at a major conference. We believe great events are one of our sharpest tools for driving pipeline, building relationships, and telling our story. You're the person who brings that to life. You'll work with stakeholders across the company to build events that feel unmistakably Gamma: creative, unexpected, and never off the shelf. Today that means managing agencies directly and doing the work. As the program grows, you'll build and lead a team. This role is senior in scope but hands-on in practice, so you should be just as comfortable setting strategy as you are doing the actual work. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco.
