Housing Manager

Evaluates management, maintenance, and operating costs of project finances (to include furniture and appliances), development, and construction. Provides oversight of housing related activities including utilization and day-to-day operations. Reviews various inspections of community rental property to determine adequacy, habitability and suitability as a listing for referral. Represents the organization in meetings and/or at various conferences with local officials and other federal, state, or legal organizations concerning current housing programs, practices, and trends.
