About the role
You will conduct initial training required for the nuclear inspection qualification program and certifies continuing inspector, work leader and supervisory qualifications for a wide variety of basic and specialized nuclear inspector skills. You will make decisions concerning the application of complex technical standards to actual work situations and is constantly faced with new situations which require deviation from past experience. You will demonstrate the proper inspection techniques and practices, explain safety precautions to be followed when performing inspections, and provide instruction in the use of materials, measuring devices, precision instruments and safety devices.
