Director, Digital Transformation Activity

The Director, Digital Transformation Activity, is responsible for leading the design, development, and integration of all DAF Human Resource (HR) Information Technology (IT) systems. This role involves overseeing a large team and a significant budget to provide global personnel services to Airmen, Guardians, civilian employees, and retirees. The director will provide strategic direction, manage a diverse team, and represent the organization across the Department of Defense and other government agencies. The Director will: Provide strategic direction and oversight for the development, deployment, and sustainment of Air Force HR IT systems. Develop and execute long-term strategies for HR IT systems to ensure alignment with Department of Defense (DoD) and DAF guidance and policy.
