SUPERVISORY SUSTAINMENT SERVICES SPECIALIST-DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% if the time. Prepares APF and NAF budgets, which include the expenditures required to conduct assigned programs. Determines adequacy of facilities, identifies additional needs and recommends facility construction/alterations and renovation projects and monitors repair and maintenance of existing facilities and equipment Develops, implements, monitors, and documents a comprehensive training program to ensure all staff members possess the necessary skills and knowledge for their position. Develops flight vision and strategic plan IAW guidance from HHQ. Manages and modifies contract to include reviewing contract pending contract changes, using daily inspections, inputs from contractors and military management to identify additional needs/shortfalls, gathers findings from inspections and inputs from contractors and military management to justify changes to the contract, receives approved contract mods from the contract
