Mechanical Engineer

Develops, rigorously reviews, and evaluates project plans, specifications, scopes of work, designs, and cost estimates of mechanical HVAC equipment, EMCS controls, and other mechanical building systems. Conducts comprehensive field investigations and on-site inspections to troubleshoot complex issues and verify that the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems meet all specifications. Serves as the lead project manager for assigned engineering activities, overseeing project milestones, managing budgets, and coordinating with all stakeholders from initial planning through construction, and resolving design and operational issues. Evaluates and endorses all technical products, including designs, cost estimates, and schedules, ensuring sound engineering judgment and adherence to regulations.
