You will provide advisory services to operating program managers on transportation program requirements, capabilities, policies and procedures You will analyze and evaluate effectiveness of shipment and transportation programs involving mate1fal and/or passengers and recommend alternative strategies to improve efficiency and economy of operations You will analyze trends in transportation operations and the impact which new programs/systems have on existing operations and procedures You will determine data requirements and make recommendations for the automation of transportation administrative operations and systems
