Supervisory Management and Program Analyst

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Supervising subordinates more than 25% of the time including, but not limited to, recruitment, selecting, appraising, rewarding, and addressing performance problems. Managing issues overseas and domestic fleet management, space management, inventory control, purchase card management, contract management and more. Manages and coordinates all International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS)-related general service activities for the agency. Identifies, communicates, and provides justification and budget formulation and execution support to the development of the agency’s annual budget submission and program operations. Writes, establishes, and assesses administrative and management policies and operations in accordance with agency strategic goals and objectives and the foreign affairs manual and handbook.
