Staff Psychologist - Primary Care Mental Health Integration

Total Rewards of a Allied Health Professional Duties of the Staff Psychologist-Primary Care Mental Health Integration may include, but are not limited to: Provides a full range of psycho-diagnostic services, including assessments and using the most appropriate psychotherapeutic techniques in providing quality care. Applies principals of population-based care (defines role and identifies problems rapidly) Initial appointments are based on functional assessments and treatment focuses on functional outcomes. Provides brief mental health and behavioral interventions (e.g., 1 - 6 sessions for broad range of concerns). Uses time-limited, evidence based, interventions that are simple and concrete. Uses self-management/home-based practice interventions. Uses intermittent visit strategy and flexible patient contact strategies.
