Management and Program Analyst

The following are the duties of this position at the full working level. Serves as an expert technical advisor in matters, issues, and questions pertaining to Operations Support and or assigned areas. Identifies, develops, manages, and lead initiatives and policies to improve services provided by Operations Support. Utilizes agile-centric methodologies when working with legacy and modernized IT applications and platforms. Conducts briefings, presentations, risk assessments, white papers and prepares comprehensive reports and communications to keep executives, top-level managers and stakeholders advised of project plans, progress and changes and recommendations.
