Supervisory Management & Program Analyst

What will I do in this position if hired? In this position, you will as a key staff assistant and coordinates with the Office of Regional Operations and other HQ elements on all policy, managerial, personnel, resource and administrative actions that affect or impact the Region. Typical assignments include: Providing executive-level advice and support to senior leadership on the development and implementation of organizational policies, plans, and programs. Leading and supervising multidisciplinary teams, including assigning, monitoring, and evaluating work, and resolving complex personnel and operational issues. Overseeing program evaluation, policy analysis, and resource management to ensure alignment with agency goals and effective organizational performance. What else do I need to know?
