About the role

You will be responsible for the quantity and quality of the work performed by subordinates, applying expert knowledge of the methods, techniques, processes, procedures, tools, materials, and practices of the marine machinery mechanic trade. You will evaluate the skills of the team members and seek guidance and advice from the trade (non-marine machinery mechanic) expert or trade supervisor contact for the assigned project when necessary. You will be responsible for carrying out EEO policies and communicating support of these policies to subordinates and coordinate efforts with EEO official during the development and execution of policies civilian personnel.
