Aviation Safety Inspector (Air Carrier Maintenance)

Plays a vital role in the promotion of flight safety in the maintenance procedures developed for aircraft inspection, servicing, and overhaul that will affect maintenance programs for operators utilizing aircraft built by the assigned manufacturer. The incumbent must possess a high degree of competence in the various segments of aircraft maintenance and a thorough and current knowledge of the techniques and philosophies responsible for achieving continued airworthiness.
