About the role

Incumbent applies experience and comprehensive technical knowledge of Airport Compliance programs to provide authoritative advice, guidance, and information to officials in the Airports Division, public agencies, municipalities, airport sponsors, and general public on the intent of applicable laws, regulations, policies, and standards as they relate to the use of airport revenue as required in the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Revenue Use Policy {64 Federal Register, 7696 (February 16, 1999)}. Provides expert technical advice, guidance, and assistance to the airports division employees, government agencies, airport consultants, aviation industry representatives, airport sponsors, and the public on Federal regulations and FAA policy and goals related to the airport compliance program. Provides expert information on Part 13 conclusions to assist Headquarters personnel on 14 CFR Part 16 complaints and provides expert follow-up on Part 16 corrective action plans. Conducts Land Use
