TRAINING SPECIALIST

Responsible for providing oversight of the 505 TRS training focusing on operational level command and control in at least one of the following disciplines: multi-service doctrine development and delivery, AOC Strategy Division, AOC Combat Operations management, AOC Combat Plans development and dissemination, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance, System and Network Administration, Interface Control Operations, and AOC specialty team functions and processes. Develops, reviews, revises and approve training instructional materials in accordance with established learning objectives Using training experience and knowledge of training, develops and approve the plan and measurement devices for measuring achievement of instructional objectives Oversees the designs instruction for the 505 TRS Measures the effectiveness and efficiency of instructional programs for 505 TRS
