IT Specialist (Data Management)

Provides comprehensive Onboarding support in SharePoint to provide hands on Onboarding sessions to varying audience types. Maintains user and group permissions within the SharePoint environment, monitoring storage quotas and interfacing with DCMA IT to resolve or request additional storage space as needed. Develops local business process with workflows, customized lists, and/or document libraries. Performs file and data maintenance through evaluation of file storage needs to ensure accessibility and search ability of the organizations enterprise documents. Develops methods for automating business and administrative processes by considering interrelationships of datasets and meaningful reporting. Coordinates with DCMAIT systems administrators to make changes and adjustments to software configurations to adequately respond to user requirements.
