Budget Analyst (Direct Hire)

Provide overall planning, integration, technical expertise, and analysis of financial operations and handle all aspects of the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution system for all assigned organizations. Manage/control budget formulation and execution activities and interpret Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) guidance according to Federal, Agency, and Center regulations, directives, and policies. Review/formulate guidance to develop an integrated budget, both on a long-term and short-term basis; develop contingency plans to allow for variables and avoid serious adverse consequences. Review/evaluate budget changes and the financial state of the organization; provide management officials with the full range of procedural and regulatory guidance; take action to ensure adequate funds coverage.
