Facility Support Specialist

The duties may include, but are not limited to: Expert for obtaining and disposing of excess personal property at location(s), including processes, orders and documentation. Manages the space management program including space utilization, furniture reconfigurations, workspace assignments and reassignment. Maintains up-to-date electronic space assignments for the entire facility. Develops and manages internal schedules for general information/education messaging, including Branch web and SharePoint sites. Serves as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for contract(s) to include market analysis, statements of work and budget.
