Supervisory Resource Management Specialist

The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity. The duties may include, but are not limited to: Interprets and explains complex Federal, Departmental, Agency and/or program guidelines to customers to ensure compliance with the intent of the instructions. Provides subject matter expertise, leadership, consultation, collaboration, and advisory services essential to the direction and efficient operation of administrative activities across AC. Initiates, plans, directs, and/or participates in special studies, projects, and/or requests for information. Provide sound research, analysis, advisory and consultation to employees, supervisors, and managers. Directs, assigns, and adjusts work of the Administrative Team based on changing circumstances.
