IT SPECIALIST (CUSTSPT)

Serves on data center management team to ensure that customer service requirements are addressed. Documents and tracks the installation of hardware and software. Provides information and assistance to customers on installed systems. Participates on team responsible for maintaining physical configuration of the facility and equipment installation. Provides technical support to customers who need assistance utilizing client level hardware and software in accordance with established or approved organizational process components.
