About the role
The Supervisory Budget Analyst contributes to establishing Facilites Management (FM) financial policy, plans, advises and provides financial and general management and technical support to the Associate Director and assists in establishing, developing, analyzing and improving Smithsonian-wide FM budgets, programs and services. In this position, you will: Be responsible for the development, presentation, coordination and execution of federal and trust operating budgets for SI facilities management programs and activities. Oversee development and implementation of spending plans to meet FM requirements and make adjustments including restructuring budget allocations or work plans to reflect changing priorities, varying costs, and changes in the availability of funds.
