At the full performance level, major duties include: Analyze financial institution resolution strategies, under a variety of legal regimes, to address topics including restructuring, recapitalization, mergers and acquisitions, wind down and liquidation for the largest and most complex financial institutions. Develop and communicate highly technical information, both orally and in writing, to audiences within and outside the Division, including senior FDIC officials, peers and management of other domestic and foreign authorities as well as private sector executives. Develop, evaluate, and implement overall resolution strategies, including liquidity and funding specific components. Analyze sources and uses of funding at firms to support strategic planning, including developing tools to estimate liquidity across a range of scenarios to support potential use of the Orderly Liquidation Fund.
