Supervisory Healthcare Engineer (Architect Design/Construction Manager)

Collaborating with hospital administrators, clinicians, facilities management, and other stakeholders to understand operational needs and goals. Developing detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for new buildings, renovations, or expansions. Managing timelines, budgets, and coordination with contractors, engineers, and regulatory agencies throughout the construction process. Planning integration of medical equipment, information technology infrastructure, and specialized systems (e.g., HVAC for infection control, emergency power, medical gases). Coordinating with clinical staff to ensure facility supports current and future healthcare technologies. Designing spaces that promote privacy, comfort, and healing for patients and families. Prioritizing accessibility and wayfinding for patients, visitors, and staff. Addressing infection control, fire safety, and risk mitigation in design.
