BUDGET ANALYST

Serves as a primary budget analyst supporting the Director of Performance and Resource Management and Center Director, for the execution of the Warfighter Acquisition University's funds. Duties include: Maintain internal obligation and cost records. Support planning, purchasing, order entry, productions, management and finance through costing and analysis. Conduct data analysis, reviewing and thoroughly analyzing requests for funding. Perform budget formulation work that involves the review and preparation of budget estimates and financial plans. Assist in preparing and reviewing OSW Comptroller exhibits. Prepare graphs and reports for executive-level briefings, managing assigned projects successfully to completion of milestone objectives, and managing project resources. Perform and lead day-to-day funds control and management involving the execution, and/or analysis of the organization's budget and funding requirements, and ensure funds are obligated in accordance with DoW Financial M
