Recruiting Coordinator - Campus, Early Careers Partnerships & Initiatives

About the Position We are looking for a coordinator to support our recruiting team in the planning and execution of our campus recruitment strategy across multiple universities in the US. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our team to carry out various strategic initiatives and activities within campus recruiting. Your day-to-day will be crucial to the campus recruitment cycle, and some of your responsibilities will include assisting with the planning, execution, and staffing of campus recruitment events (on-campus, virtual, and in-office), representing Jane Street at events, managing job and event postings on internal and external platforms, and sending marketing and communications to candidates.
