INTERDISCIPLINARY

DUTY 1 In a Career Broadening capacity, supports the strategic and integrated planning advisor/technical expert representing the DAF in matters relating to enterprise-wide installations activities and discussions with the SAF, HAF, DoD agencies, Air Force Installation Mission Support Center (AFIMSC), Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), MAJCOM, and outside agency staffs. DUTY 2 In a Career Broadening capacity, supports the establishment, interpretation, and implementation of policies, guidance and procedures to provide oversight and management of SAF/IEI authorities pertaining to installation planning, installation divestment, base realignment and closure (BRAC), national environmental policy act (NEPA) and environmental impact analysis process (EIAP), to include community engagement, joint basing, basing strategy and posture, and range airspace and planning.
