SUPERVISORY DUTIES 35% Reviews work assignments and determines work priorities through the Superintendent Assures that all personnel have been instructed in the safe operation of their equipment. Directs the Maintenance Mechanic Leader to repair faulty or dangerous machinery and equipment. Supervises, plans, schedules, and coordinates the activities of subordinate employees to include Greenskeepers, NA-05; Greenskeeper Leader NL-07; Irrigation Techs, NA-07; Pest Control Operator, NA-09; Mechanics, NA-10. Trains employees in work methods and procedures. Establishes performance and evaluates employees. GOLF COURSE RESPONSIBILITIES 65% Assumes the responsibility of the security of the Maintenance Facility and all inventories.
