About the role
The Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) of the Financial Management Division serves as a key member of the ERO executive leadership team, contributing to high-level decision making and strategic planning. The incumbent plays a central, high-profile role in managing and directing financial operations across ERO's headquarters divisions, 25 field offices nationwide, and enterprise-wide programs and projects. This role is critical to ensuring ERO's financial integrity, the strategic allocation of its multi-billion-dollar budget, and the sustained overall fiscal responsibility of the organization.
