PLASTIC FABRICATOR LEADER (EXPERT)

You will serve as the principal Plastic Fabricator Expert for the crew and perform inspections of deficient coatings and work in process to ensure supervisor direction is followed, proper standards and practices are followed and rework in minimized. You will conduct random surveillance inspections of in-process preservation to ensure quality and compliance with minimum preservation requirements. You will determine the methods, techniques, materials and devices best suited to perform work with various resins, epoxies, floor coverings, plastic laminates, sound damping, insulation, composite materials and wood. You will prepare, lay out and direct subordinate crews of up to 20 to apply, manufacture and repair coating materials on wood, metal, glass, synthetic and other surfaces.
