DEPUTY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (PROGRAM MANAGER)

You will serve as an alter ego to the Executive Director and fully share in managing all phases of the N02 organization's program and work. You will provide management and oversight of all personnel, actions, products, and responsibilities assigned under the Executive Director including strategies and policies required to effectively execute those responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing effective execution of all actions required to support the Executive Director in his leading role as principal advisor on resource and readiness integration within USFF and Fleet-wide. You will support integrated planning, budgeting, and allocation recommendations for near term resource outputs and long-term PPBE execution regarding readiness, material, training, and manpower capabilities.
