About the role
In this role as a Core Assistant Director, you will be responsible for: Supervises staff members who interact with the public and evaluates complaints and other allegations of potential misconduct related to Federal securities laws, rules and regulations. Enforces federal securities laws, sets priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Recommends promotions or reassignments; hears and resolves complaints; mentors and trains staff; and identifies development and training opportunities for employees. Participates with other supervisors in the management of the office, consults with and advises senior managers on administrative matters relating to budget, personnel, and office procedures Manages and coordinates the work of teams, which can include attorneys, accountants, experts and support staff, and performs a full range of supervisory duties.
