The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Contract Specialist Supervises employees performing contracting and procurement functions regarding service, supply, and/or construction contracts. Responsible for overall planning and management of the department under his/her supervision. The incumbent is responsible for planning, developing, and managing contractual actions for complex functional areas and for acquisitions which may lack precedent.
