GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Performs work planning responsibilities. Plans and establishes long-range work requirements and schedules (typically 6months or longer). Performs work direction responsibilities. Assigns and explains work requirements and operating instructions tosubordinate supervisors. Sets deadlines and establishes the sequence of work operations to be followed. Performs administration responsibilities. Participates with subordinate supervisors/employees in the development of performance plans. Provides a work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Ensures education in, compliance with, and practice of security directives, good safety, and health habits inall work areas.
