This role has two positions. Job Summary: Total Rewards Operational Effectiveness Director is responsible for driving efficiencies, ensuring consistency, and leveraging technology to streamline Total Rewards (TR) administration processes. While the director will not have direct reports, they are expected to lead the process improvements across all TR Consultants regardless of reporting lines. They will need to partner closely with TR leaders and cross-functional partners to implement best-in-class total rewards practices that improve efficiency, reduce risk, deliver on the organization's strategic objectives and enhance the employee experience. Key Responsibilities can include: In partnership with peers and leaders, develop and execute a global strategy for the standardization and automation of total rewards processes.
