Assistant Supervisor Physician (Regular Ft) - Psychiatrist

Supervisor responsibilities constitutes 50%. Incumbent responsibilities include serving as the first line administrative supervisor for some members of the Clinic, including: Management of Time and Leave Assure clinical grids are efficiently designed and appropriately utilizes clinician time (according to guidance from Program Manager) Determination of day-to day activities of team members (within the scope of practice of these team members) Completion of progress reviews and end-of year performance appraisals with direct support from relevant professional leads. Initiate requests of recruitment/back-fill with support from professional lead. Manage all disciplinary actions. Participation in hiring panels for team members.
