About the role

Serves as the CCP SME and oversees the delivery of CCP services under the supervision of the BHBH. Provides direction, administrative management and coordination for the CCP. Oversee establishment and maintenance of policies and procedures, QA, case management, data collection, analysis, marketing and staff training. Coordinates clinical counseling services for the CCP and MIP. Serves as the designated POC for the CCP. Oversees counseling referrals, assesses eligibility and fields all requests for information regarding CCP. Organizes workload, sets priorities to include assigning, distributing, evaluating work, coaching and mentoring. Provides clinical supervision by CCP staff for clients.
